All sites have picnic tables, water, electric, sewer, wireless internet, lawn care, centralized dumpster, cable tv and some sites fire pits.
Daily: $30.00
Weekly: $125.00 includes 5 nights and 2 nights free
Monthly: $375.00 30 days/extended stay includes electricity. Excessive usage additional charge.
Monthly: $300.00 30 day/extended stay electricity separate. (summer special)
Yearly: $3,300.00 (does not include electric) Special 2010 Must pay upfront for whole year.
Passport America: Sunday - Thursday (applies to daily rates only) Available on Holidays
Cabin Rental: (1 - 2 people rate. $5.00 extra per person) $50.00 per night, $350.00 per week. (Summer Special $20.00 per night, $125.00 per week) Rental includes: bed, table chairs, cable tv, fridg, microwave and 40 steps from bathhouse. Also same amenities as a regular rv site. (sheets and towels available for additional charge of $10.00) Double bed. Cabin #1 is pet friendly add $5.00 per night per pet (no more than 2 pets).
Tent sites: $15.00 per night/per tent site (2 people rate) $5.00 extra per person. Children 12 and under free. Water and Electric. Wireless internet, bath house/restrooms available.
Moonlight get away suite: (1 - 2 people rate. add $5.00 per extra person) 550 sq. ft, with jacuzzi, fireplace, small kitchen/living area, separate bed room, shower, 32" flat screen tv in living rm, sleeps up to 4 people with couch/bed, wireless internet, cable tv, daily cleaning service, and deck. Rates for 2009--daily $125.00, weekend rate Fri. & Sat. $150.00 per night, weekly rate $700.00 and monthly call for special rate. This room is a non-smoking unit. No pets allowed at this time. (Summer rate special $75.00 per night, $ 350.00 per week) Fully furnished all you need is food.
RV Storage: $1.00 per day with 7 day minimum, this rate is per vehicle. Restrictions apply. This is storage only. Application/phone number required.
DUMP STATION FEE $10.00 FOR NON-REGISTERED GUEST
Propane Prices (subject to change) : 20lb - $20.00, 30lb - $28.00, 100lb - $75.00, Motor Homes 5 gal. min. $4.00 per gallon. Purge tanks $20.00
