Rules and Regulation

For your safety and comfort, we ask your assistance in observing these rules.

2.    No refunds due to inclement weather.

3.    All reservations taken by phone.  Call  (252) 745-9800 to make reservations.  Cancellations.  In the event of a campsite cancellation, all of your deposit is transferable to another date if notice is received at least 7 days prior to your arrival date.  If less than 7 days notice, the deposit is not transferable or refundable.  Deposit.  1 night $30, 1 week $30.00, 1 month $30.00

4.    In order to receive monthly discount the total amount for the month has to be paid when you arrive and on that date there after.  If you do not pay on the due date, you will be required to pay a late fee of $25.00 per day up to 5 days.  After that If you still have not paid we will ask you to leave the park and turn your power and water off.  There is NO grace period. 

5.    One camping unit or family per site.  Maximum 4 persons per site and 2 cars per site.  All visitors & guest must register at office or by phone (252-745-9800).

6.     Please observe our park speed limit of 10 M.P.H. unless otherwise posted.

8.    In order to rent a campsite, there must be one responsible adult 21 years of age or older in the party.

9.      Our park caters to families and we are committed to providing a wholesome atmosphere for children and adults alike.  Our park has been declared a Drug Free Park.  No illegal drugs allowed!  Alcoholic beverages are prohibited throughout the park except at campsites, and there it must not be in public display.  Any loud, disturbing or cursing will result in immediate removal from park. 

11.    Please observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 9 AM.

12.    Drive slowly on the road through the park.  Avoid driving off the road through the campground.

13.    Pond.  Swim at your own risk.  Protective footwear is recommended around RV Park and in the pond.  An adult must accompany children under the age of 14 years at all times.

14.    Fires in grills only.  If campfire smoke is overtaking other campsites you may be required to extinguish fire.  No trash or cigarette butts on grounds.  Fire must be completely extinguished before leaving your site.

15.    Please keep your site free of debris, cans, bottles and other litter.  Remember good campers keep America and Moonlight Lake RV Park clean and beautiful.  When leaving your site, make sure it is as clean or cleaner than you found it.

16.    Please place garbage for disposal in plastic bags and put in dumpster.

17.    Excessive vehicular riding/cruising within the park is prohibited.

18.    Three or four wheelers are NOT allowed in the park.  Licensed motorcycles only.

19.    No bicycle riding after dusk.

20.   Help us maintain our natural state by not defacing, cutting, driving nails into or attaching objects to trees, bushes or light poles.

21.    We are not liable for theft, vandalism, injuries, or acts of God occurring during your stay.

22.    Fireworks and firearms are prohibited.

23.    Fishing is allowed in the pond.  Catch and release only.

24.    Pass to enter park and stay in park must be in registered guests and visiting guest vehicle at all time.

25.    All buildings on property are non-smoking and no pets.

26.    There are no refunds or credits. For example:  if you pay for 1 week and only stay 5 nights there will be no refund or credits.

27.    Any violation of these rules will result in immediate eviction with no refund.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to our guest or for the loss of money or valuables of any kind.
