RESERVE A SITE
Rates subject to change without notice. Thank you for being conservative in your use of Water and Electricity...this helps us keep the rates low.
All RV sites have a picnic table, fire ring, water, electric, sewer, wifi (we offer free wifi however campers will likely need an extender to pull it into your camper), lawn care and we also have a centralized dumpster.  We are open all year!

Katelyn's Suite Cottages

Cottage Suite 196 & 198 sleeps 1-4 (extra persons over 18 are $5 per night).  Suites include a living room with a pull out sofa bed, fireplace, cable tv and Netflix. Bedroom offers a queen size bed complete with linens.  Just off the bedroom is a full bathroom complete with towels, etc..  Fully equipped full kitchen and dining area for 2. 
Cottage Suite 194 sleeps 1-4 (extra persons over 18 are $5 per night). Suite includes 2 queen beds complete with linens an a full bathroom complete with towels, etc.. Fully equipped full kitchen and dining area for 2.  
*We offer free wifi, an indoor pool/spa and a catch & release pond! We also have laundry facilities on site.

Katelyn's Studio Cottages

Studio Cottages sleep 1-2  (extra persons over 18 are $5 per night).  Studios include 1 queen bed complete with linens and a full bathroom including towels, etc.. There is a sink, flat screen tv, mini refrigerator, microwave and a coffee maker in the cottage as well. 
*We offer free wifi, an indoor pool/spa and a catch & release pond! We also have laundry facilities on site. 
*Certain pets allowed (see pet policy). $10 per pet, per day.

Moonlight Suite

Moonlight Suite sleeps 1-4 (extra persons over 18 are $5 per night). Approx. 575 sq ft.
Suite includes living room w\ pull out sofa bed, fireplace, 2 flat screen tvs, cable tv and Netflix. Bedroom offers a queen size bed complete with linens.  Just off the bedroom is a full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub complete with towels, etc..  Fully equipped full kitchen and dining area for 4.  
*We offer free Wi-Fi, an indoor pool/spa and a catch & release pond! We also have laundry facilities on site.
*NO pets are allowed in this unit.

RV LOTS

RV Sites have 30 & 50 amp, electric, water and sewer. RV sites are gravel, grass and dirt. Each site includes free Wi-Fi (we offer free wifi however campers will likely need an extender to pull it into your camper),​ picnic table, fire ring. Access to the bathhouse, laundry facilities, indoor heated pool, hot tub, catch & release pond, a paddle boat and 20lb propane exchange.  We also have a dog park area for your furbabies!

Nightly $60.
Weekly $350.

​All RV lots include water, sewer, wifi (we offer free wifi however campers will likely need an extender to pull it into your camper), trash disposal, Electric, Farmhouse use which includes pool, hot tub, exercise area and gaming area.  Also pond for catch and release.  Heat and cooled bath house with laundry area. Dog Run area. Fire pits and picnic tables available.  We no longer offer cable tv.  All campers have to be preapproved if 10 years old.  Also background checks and no felonies on your record. Rv lots $100. refundable deposit required when making a reservation for a monthly and weekly site and $60. for a nightly site. This will be deducted from your first month, or week rent when you arrive. If you cancel within 7 days to arrival you may receive you deposit back.

THE HIDEAWAY SUITE

The Hideaway sleeps 1-4 (extra persons over the age of 18 are $10 per night). This unit is uniquely laid out.. It offers 2 bedrooms.. each with a queen bed complete with linens. One has a glider rocker the other has loveseat and both have a flat screen tv. There is a full bath with walk in shower including towels, etc. A fully equipped full kitchen and dining table for 2.  
*We offer free wifi, an indoor pool/spa and a catch & release pond! We also have laundry facilities on site.
*NO pets are allowed in this unit.
